Washer dryer making clothes wetter, not drier

My usually trusty Bosch washer dryer has stopped drying clothes. They are coming out of the drying cycle wetter than when they go in!

Research via Google suggests it could be that the condenser tube is blocked. Will a hot wash with soda crystals/ washing machine cleaner shift it or does somebody need to take the back off the machine and manually unblock the condenser?

We will be unable to do this ourselves (disabilities), so will need to call somebody in if it's a manual job, and can't spare the £ right now!

Is the condenser removable? It is in ours, but it's a Zanussi.

I don't know, but I can't see how a service wash would clear a condenser tube. I would have thought that only steam goes up it, not hot water. Maybe it is blocked with fluff.

If you do a google search with the model number, there is a chance you might find a DIY fix or a panel you can open to clean it, but I think more likely you need a mender.

That's what I thought, dammit! The manual doesn't mention whether the condenser is removable. I can see a call to Bosch to book an engineer coming up then.

Thanks for your replies.
