Unglazed floor tiles for bathroom?

Hi, I've bought some gorgeous black and off-white matt tiles for my bathroom floor. They are matt and I have just noticed they're described as "unglazed" on the box. Will they be porous and show marks? I have 3 young and very messy kids - are unglazed tiles a very bad idea? Shall I return them?

You can usually seal them, but tbh for a bathroom floor I'd find something glazed.

I liked the nonslip surface for the bathroom... arghh, what a pain.
