we are proceeding on a sale and the surveyor says there is evidence of small movement in the building and asked for drain survey - and yes some drain repair is underway.
I decided to get insurance quote - and the agent asked if I had a survey done.. is that normal?
anyways I sent it along she said that due to the survey mentioning there might be movement they wont insure unless a full structural survey is carried out.
