when the particulars form the Estate agents say:
Key features
3 Bedrooms, 2 Reception Rooms, Parking to Rear, Gas Central Heating, Double Glazing Throughout, Quiet Village Location, 1/2 Mile to Station

and later in the waffle. "Parking for two cars to rear."

Would you expect from that description, that the parking spaces would be on the deeds?

Based on the description that you've provided. I'd also say no. Don't expect it to be on the deeds. It's first come, first served. so anyone could practically park there anytime they want. In terms of the price, you can also try to negotiate. but make sure you gauge how much of an impact it would be if time comes, someone else parks on that spot.

Well surely it's just the same as having no parking and parking on the street? I don't really see the point of driveways, ruins a good front garden! We just wang ours on the street somewhere and it's fine.
