Hi everyone, it looks like the original thread is full.

There is a secret group on Facebook, either it can stay like that and people can PM me the email address that is linked to their Facebook account, or if people don't want to do that, I can make it 'Closed' which means you can find it yourself and ask to join it.

Secret means no-one can see it but us, closed means you can find it, see the members but not see the posts. Let me know what people want to do.

My full building survey takes place today. Hoping to complete by August 12th after having offer accepted last week.

That's a quick turnaround savage! Hoping ours goes that quickly.

No word here from the 2nd viewing but someone else has booked a 2nd viewing on Monday so maybe something might start happening!

Munchkin, that's what happened to us.. Two viewers had second viewings within a week and both put offers in. Fingers crossed.

I'm waiting on broker calling me back. I have the documentation ie. Fact find and mortgage suitability letter from broker with the fixed rate mortgage. Gahhh. We could deal with variable mortgage, unlikely that interest rate will go up more likely down, but prefer to know our outgoingsfor the next few years, plus the fixed was 5 years!!!

Our offer is with the vendors and we're waiting to hear back... they're having another home open on Sunday though so we're expecting to have to wait til next week. Hoping no one else suddenly falls in love with it on Sunday! I know there haven't been any other offers except for us yet so fingers crossed it stays that way and we get it.

Good luck Captain. Yes chain of 6 not ideal. Have never had a chain before. Have always been really lucky. Not this time though. It's making me anxious.
