Neff slide and hide oven with Eco clean

Does anyone have one of these ovens? Had one fitted a month or so ago but already it has asked to be cleaned twice. Fairly simple as it does it itself but is it normal that it asks to be cleaned so frequently?

The eco clean bit was the reason i clocked on this. I'm not familiar with this type of oven, but if it's asking to be cleaned, and does it itself, is that a problem?

No user not a problem in just surprised it's asking to be done so often.

Having taken hide & slide door off for cleaning I can't get it back on?

I'm having the same problem. It's is asking me to clean it every few days. Last time was 3 days ago and it's alarming again!
It's crazy. The oven isn't even dirty. The whole clean process takes 1 hr on a really high heat. Going to cost me a fortune in electricity at this rate.
