Neff ovens - slide and hide and steam functions

Hi,
Anyone know anything or have a built in Neff slide and hide oven? I definitely want one (unless someone here can persuade me otherwise....) and now looking into all the various mind boggling features, I'm quite attracted to the possibility of cooking with steam.
Getting confused by 'VarioSteam', 'Full Steam', 'Steam Function', can anyone shed any light? And do I need a separate steam accessory to use these functions?

I have a new neff hide and slide oven . I have no complaints about the operation however recently after cooking a cake a streak appeared between the glass . I phoned Neff customer service and the woman who took my call told me that her oven had the same issue . It seems that it is ossicle to take the door to pieces but it’s a fiddle and the door is heavy . Two days later a senior customer service man rang me but he said that neff would not clean it up as the guarantee does not cover that .
I feel that it’s a design fault . One does not pay over £500 to nd up with an oven that has a streaky dirty door which is time consuming and difficult to clean .
