Please could anyone recommend a builder and structural engineer?

We are having a small single storey extension done in North London, along with a big internal re-design and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good builder in the area - I have one but am not 100% sure about them so would like other quotes. Please message me if you know anyone that is decent in the North London area.

I have an architect through a contact of my Dad's but I also need a local structural engineer that if anyone knows of a good one it would be much appreciated.

Often the architect will know of a SE - worth giving them a call to discuss maybe ?!?

Good luck with it all !! Some great 'don't forget to add' lists on Houzz USA design dilemmas for new builds - things like outside power source for Christmas lights and designing bedrooms so you wake with the sun pouring in ( or not !) and making sure there's a place for everything etc !
