Chadwell Heath vs Welling for living

Which one is better to live in terms of safety? Specifically, what part or roads of each is better to live, and better to avoid.

In addition to the questions above, are the addresses below good to live?

Westmoreland Ave, Welling, Greater London DA16 2QB
East Rochester Way, Blackfen, Sidcup, DA15 8PA
Donne Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM8 2JG (this is Dagenham)

Is there anything that ethics needs to be aware of?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know anything about Dagenham.

East Rochester Way is the A2, a dual carriage way, so no it is not 'safe' in terms of small children, pollutants and cats.

The Welling address is typical suburbia. Ok area.

I'm the same as pp dont know anything about Dagenham, yy Rochester way main artery road from Kent to south London, so very busy/pollution.
Welling used to be very 'Britain first' it may have changed, haven't been in that area for some time.

Hi Fidelia,

I definitely agree with you on A2. Because I can hear the noise constantly in the house along A2.
