Aluminium doors and glazing

Has anyone else had experience of the Bi Fold Door Factory, aka JK Windows? We are having problems. They use Schuco systems which you would expect to be really good; a German company etc.

Hi Decisions2, we have pretty much decided to use this same company ... did you get your issues sorted? Would you recommend them at all ?

I absolutely cannot recommend them.
