Choosing a toilet for a small bathroom

Can anyone advise? I need a toilet max 72 cm deep, 54 cm wide (height doesn't matter) with a cistern attached (technical term is close coupled).
I was going to have a wall-hung rimless Grohe, and was so happy at the thought of never cleaning under the rim again. But now I am moving the toilet and the easiest option is something that bolts straight on to the wall.
Why do prices seem to go from £199 or less to £800 or more, with nothing in between? Is there anything long lasting, reliable and good looking out there at around £500?
Any advice gratefully received.

Ergonomics Design bathrooms has fab reviews on Trustpilot
They seem to offer good brands at reasonable prices
They give free delivery over £100 so unlike other companies
who penalise for just buying one thing.
Most of the main companies on the net seem to have small
bathroom section now so you should find something

If you are trawling the net, search under cloakroom furniture and / or short projection. I've just ordered toilets (not at that price however!) and literally all of the ones I looked out were around 60-65cm deep and less than 40cm wide so I don't think you'll struggle with the size at all, it's just a question of finding something of the quality / budget you're looking for.

P.s. have a look at Ideal Standards "Concept Space" range.

Thanks for the tips, everyone. Off to look now. Learnt the phrase 'shoot the puppy' today. Means think the unthinkable, apparently. That's where I am with this bathroom. Having to give up things I thought were non-negotiable: white tiled floors, wall hung toilet. Ah well, hoping for something nice via your recommendations.
