Thermostatic radiator valves

Is there a 'good brand' of these to get? Chosen our radiators, but not sure what valves to get and there is such a lot to chose from! Are some more sensitive than others? Or more reliable?
Thanks. Xx

Ours were fitted by BG when presumably the old ones were getting loose
I hate them You can hardly turn them one of them is completely stuck
Hard to see the numbers on them as well

Yup, concertbplayer, that's what I'm trying to avoid. I remember one in our old house that was broken and would turn round without changing the setting...
Looking for a quality brand.

IMO the Danfoss RAS-C2 is now the best. I prefer it to the Drayton TRV4 which was for many years greatly favoured.

Get it with the matching lockshield valve, which is very small and neat. It comes with an adjusting key, try not to lose it, though an off the shelf allen key will fit.
