cheap but "nice" Lino?

Our bathroom has Lino floor tiles put there by the previous owners...starting to look a bit shabby now
The bathroom is white tiled with black accents so I thought black and white "chessboard" effect flooring would look nice
I wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

Having lived with a black and white chequerboard floor, I would say don't do it. Black and white both show up dirt, dust and hair much more than a mid colour floor. What about a wood effect vinyl instead? We had one in our last kitchen which looked like parquet flooring.
