Mortgage Advisor gone on holiday

We've had an offer accepted on our first home, instructed a solicitor and started talking to a mortgage advisor yesterday, through Which after being recommended them by a friend.
I've had an email from him today saying he's going on holiday tomorrow for two weeks. The day he gets back, we go away for a week, to a no mobile signal area down south. I replied to ask if we could transfer to another advisor but had no response. Can I reasonably ring Which again and restart the process?

yes. Perfectly reasonable to go on holiday, but if no delegation possible or done then find someone else. He's already shown you he is disorganised.

Yes, he can absolutely go on holiday, I do wish he'd mentioned it first off though!
