Side return kitchen extension (London)

Hello

We live in a 3 bedroom Victorian mid terrace (East London) and want to extend the kitchen into the side return. I was just wondering if anyone had experience of this? Primarily how much it cost roughly, but also any advice or things to watch out for? Do you really benefit from having done it etc?

Thank you!

You should contact BuildTeam. Apparently they're side return specialists. Wink

Hi OP we had ours done recently 2x4metre into the side return, even though not that big, has made a huge difference having the extra space. Ours was twenty two thousand, but we didn't need a new kitchen, as that part of the kitchen wasn't touched, so kept costs down, I'm not sure if my builders cover your area, I'm in south east London but happy to give you details if you want to try them.

Hi dontcallmelen, I saw your post about your recent extension, I live in SE London and am trying to arrange quotes and would be keen to reach out to your builders. can you share their details. The things I am reading out the price ranges is crazy! - Thank you!

Hi Sachlew if you pm me will be happy to share details, as I think it's frowned upon, putting company names etc info on threads.
