Hello mumsnetters:-) Currently looking at moving to Wellington, Somerset and I am looking for advice on the area.
I am that rare beast - a Council House tenant and I have started the process of a mutual exchange. Ideally, I wanted a Somerset village as I crave a rural lifestyle - unfortunately, that isn't all that practical as I don't drive. Wellington seems like a good compromise as necessities such as shops and schools are within walking distance. However, I know NO-ONE in Wellington...or anywhere in Somerset, so any advice on the area would be hugely appreciated.x
