Hi, I just brought a new 100cm range to replace my old 110cm one but the gap between the units is 120cm... :( I was thinking a wine rack but on second thoughts I don't really want hot wine haha! Any other options that anyone can think of?? Thank you so much for any help :)

I have a similar gap in my kitchen. It's where my clothes airer lives!

Infill panel?

We have a tray slot. Good for trays and baking trays but it is boxed in with kitchen cupboard panels

slide-out towel rods.

IKEA do a 20cm base unit so could use it as a tray store or add in their pull out spice rack etc

You can get 15cm or smaller pull-out larder units. I love mine for sauce bottles and spices.

We have a similar thing (it's the gap next to a doorway though) and put in a 20 cm shelf unit - our builders cobbled it together for us to fit - and it has baking trays and chopping boards at the bottom, then shelves with the fire blanket and oven gloves/gauntlets on. It's surprisingly useful!

Next to my cooker I have a pull out drawer that is only about 10cm across. It has the salt refill, and some gravy granules and a few other odds and sods like that.
In another (probably 13 / 15cm gap) I have a space for trays, with a pull out towel rail in there. Very useful.

I have a pull out spice rack, it's really useful.

I've got a pull out spice thingy.

whois · 23/05/2016 14:35

pull out spice thing or a tray space

fabtigger · 24/05/2016 16:38

Definitely pull out spice racks. They are actually extremely useful. I have a 100cm range in a 130 cm space and have one either side

Sorry I haven't been back to reply :( thank you so much for suggestions I really appreciate it :) I'm going to go for a pull out spice rack I think, seems like a really good idea and can't say no to extra storage! :D thank you again!
