I currently live in India(Mumbai). My husband has got the project in Guildford and we will have to move in July. I have a 4-year-old daughter and I really need your help. I have no idea about the schools and how the admission works. We have seen property in right move and we think to stay near to town center in Guildford will be expensive. Can you help me understand if we should consider other towns like Woking or even Ash(thinking that commute to Guildford will be easy)? Or we should compromise on the property ? (Guildford one bedroom flats are 900-1100 £ and most of them are unfurnished. We want the best school for our daughter and our stay will depend on good school and commute to Guildford. Also, the commute will depend on public transport.
PS: Would it be difficult to get admission as I understand the admission process has to be completed by Jan.
