Epsom or Ashtead

Hi All,
We have to move to a place that is in between King's College and Reigate Grammar. So we thought Epsom would be nice because I have 2 young boys who need a good primary school plus with a few green areas to play football. Is it a good place to live in. Or any other suggestions to move into

Epsom to Reigate can at least be done by bus whereas Ashtead couldn't. Where will younger dc be at school?
