What order to do new kitchen when diy?

So new kitchen is finally on the cards.
Budget is minute so will be done over extended period of time.
I want to move plumbing etc around and move position of the back door.

In which order should I do the following:

Move plumbing for dishwasher /sink/washing machine.
Add electric points and hardwire oven.
Re plaster walls and ceiling
Knock through new door (the plumbing needs to be moved before this can happen)
New floor laid.

I'm OK living in a building site for a while (would rather not but am thinking about Jobs that can be done along the way)

Or am I completely unrealistic thinking it can be done like this?

Think it might take up a few months to save for the flooring.

Depends on what flooring you are having. If its wood or laminate you'll want it down before the skirting boards etc are put back on.

We laid ours wall to wall and then put the units on top but you need to make sure the flooring can still expand and contract.
