Morning all,
I'm after some advice on looking after my property without falling out with the neighbours.
Our neighbours garage sits on the boundary line as does our own. Their roof is pitched so all rainwater falls onto our property as they have no guttering.
Our roof is pitched the other way and we have the necessary guttering and down pipes.
Now neighbourly relations aren't fantastic as they continually obstruct our drive but I am keen not to get into any dispute.
So is this problem one which could damage our property if left unchecked?
Any advice would be appreciated.
