I need to rip up the old carpet throughout the downstairs of the house as its hideous and stinks. Some areas will be carpeted and some probably bamboo, the bamboo areas will meet the carpeted areas (if that makes sense). Should we do the bamboo flooring or the carpet first or doesn't it matter?
