possible exchange Friday!

So ... At the end as you may guess.
We've answered all buyer queries and said can we ex Friday.
Need title deed amended and asked our seller of ready.

Just a chain of us 3 FTB and our seller moving back with family.

What are the chances at this notice !

Anyone want to hold my hand !
It's our forever home and the perfect place.

Argh !!!

The title deed will need to be sorted before you can exchange and you all need to agree a completion date ahead of exchange. What does your solicitor have to say?

I know these things. He has chased them. Looking more like next week now but the sellers been chasing so we've said ready - but for this - to get it moving

Ha. I live on the cliff edge outside of Brighton couldn't be further south or I'd be dead
