I love looking at super expensive tiny wee London flats. I love either imagining living a wonderful life style or being shocked at the cost of a cupboard.

Hard to keep a small space tidy I guess
Fantasy London flat
Or I might have this one
Oh the bath...
Imagine trying to keep this clean

the last 2 have CGI photos where the floor plan that shows what you actually get bears no relationship to the pretty pictures. I'm amazed they can get away with that.

The one with the bath is also on with a different agent showing the flat from different angles. I don't think that is cg, just very clever camera angles.

Looking at it again I see what you mean.
The pictures are of a show flat or cgi and the same pictures are used for everything from studio to 7 bedroom.

The bath one is definitely not the flats shown in the photos. For a start, there are photos of two different bathrooms, and all the rest of it doesn't fit together either.
I'm also amazed that they're allowed to advertise a flat with completely fabricated photos (and certainly with no obvious disclaimer).

It normally says 'show home pictures' or some shit doesn't it?

The second flat.. that's a bit much. Everytime you need the toilet you have to climb down that silly ladder. Ridiculous

Lonecatwithkitten · 27/04/2016 07:43

I used to live in the basement flat of the last one twenty years ago!

cosmicglittergirl · 27/04/2016 07:47

I like the Battersea ones. The others are nuts, imagine opening your front door into your lounge/bedroom and walking five steps to your loo!

This makes me feel so much better about the prices in our area! They do look great though!

Pipbin · 27/04/2016 17:00

I don't think the toilet was down the ladder. I think there is a small 'study' space that you access from the bathroom.

oh.. thank God for that. imagine having a few to many mojitos in one of those local bars and having to navigate the ladder all night Grin
