Hidden bookcase door - anyone have one?

We'd like to have one in our study as there is a doorway already and we want to have a full wall of shelves along that wall. Does anyone have anything similar and can any carpenter do them?

I don't at the moment but the house we are in the process of buying has one! I can't wait.

Pufflemum am v jealous! I think it will either be that or a rolling ladder but probably can't afford both.
