Dodgy roofer

Anyone have any experience reporting a dodgy tradesman? Tiles falling of my roof within a week of the roofers replacing them and they are ignoring my requests to come back and fix. So much for their 15- year guarantee!

Trading Standards are you people. You could try a letter before action to the roofers, but if you think they are dodgy, do you really want them back. It was very windy last night - tiles coming off might have nothing to do with the integrity of the roofers' work.
