Anyone know about replacing blown double glazing?

Is it fairly easy and cheap to do? Do I just search for a local glazing company or should I look for anything specific? Anyone got any recommendations in SE London?
TIA

Google double glazing repair or window doctors/repair in your area. That's how I found mine.

It was a local firm who came out to measure and check the colour of the interior of the unit (gold or silver). It was an easy job and under £100 for the size I had done.

I was very surprised by how easy and cheap it was, they fixed the difficult lock on my back door in minutes as well. I just went with the biggest advert in my local paper, I didn't bother to get different quotes as I was happy with the price and he took the measurements then and there.

When they came to fit them it took 11 minutes to do 2 windows.

Depends on what you mean by blown. If it just one glass unit in a pvc window you measure up and order the new glass from a local glazing shop. Then you can pop out the plastic frame holding it in and replace with a new glass unit from a local glass shop. Really really easy and cheap. I'm talking £20 to £30

Moving it is just one glass unit in a pic windows. I'm very pleased to see these responses, you think 'new window' and think a grand or two each so yay for there being a cheaper option!

Not sure I'll do it myself though... popping it out sounds easy but I think an expert to do the heavy lifting/popping sounds a good use of another £100
