Windsor New Home - Which area?

Hi I would love any bodies help with this. I am moving to Windsor for a new job. I am going to be uprooting my family and want to make sure I get it right. I view a lovely new build in 'The Parade' off Ruddlesway. Not sure if this is Dedworth or Oakley Green. Not sure about the area though? Can anyone shed some light on this? IS the area ok?

It's Dedworth, so not the best part of Windsor, but a fine part of Dedworth. I have friends in Holly Crescent and it is perfectly good.

Dedworth has a bad reputation because of military housing. I haven't seen anything to justify this.
