Hi - we are house hunting at the moment. Have found a property we love that has a small barn that in time we might want to convert into a home office / additional guest bedroom - plus small bathroom.
There was a previous successful planning application so we think it is possible.
Has anyone done something similar who can give an idea of the budget bracket we would be looking at ?
It is approx 25 feet by 12 feet - two storeys. Would definitely need a new roof and internal staircase - plus there is currently no heat or electricity supply.
