Looking at a house purchase and the boiler is in a cupboard on the side wall of the house. The cupboard is behind you when you are going up the stairs?? It seems to be very hard to access even for the very tall, it is a fairly new glowworm boiler.
Are there regulations as to where a bolier can be fitted for access?
