Hello mums, I am thinking of buying a house in the new development in Slade green for quite a premium really but just wanted to know how safe this area is in general if you know a bit about it?
There are not many great secondary schools around other than Erith school which is rated 3 (requires improvement) by Ofsted so that's a let down. I am sure all the other good schools will have a long waiting list for in-year admissions.
