My Buyer Pulled out

Just had a call from my solicitor saying my buyer pulled out of the sale reason is there is small crack out side wall this is flat in top floor.I am really panic now and not sure what is next

Sorry to hear that- the process is horrible.

There's not really anything next.

The fact they've just pulled out rather than trying to renegotiate would make me think it's an excuse, albeit a valid one.

I'd look at trying to get the crack resolved as it's likely to come up with the next potential purchaser.

Did they get a survey? Sometimes you can buy the survey from the surveyor..
It would then tell you what they think the problem was, you could then attempt to remedy it.

Ask your Estate Agent what the next step would be - personally, I would have thought it would be relist the property! its painful but you're moving into Spring which is a great time to sell a house!
