harveys sofas....are theyr still poor value?

I've been looking everywhere for a sofa, want something that has a good shape to it, not keen on overstuffed cinema seat type sofas.....unfounded one in Harvey's, but alll their reviews are rubbish, both in terms of customers service and quality .... at the same time, they are oldish reviews, like from 2008 etc.

Are they still poor?

yes, i believe so, I went to a M&S outlet to by mine and haggled on the price.....think M&s or John Lewis, house of fraser, debenhams are better but more pricey but if you get in the sales or can haggle them down it could be similar.
