I'm trying to buy made-to-measure roller blinds online. Our kitchen is freezing so I need some decently thermal blinds, but they also need to be suitable for a kitchen. On the blinds websites they tend to have PVC blinds sold as suitable for kitchens - but they don't look very warm - or thermal ones which are, by implication, not so suitable for kitchens.
Would it be foolhardy to go for the thermal ones and hope they won't be too hard to clean?
I'm thinking roller blind because when rolled it is nearly all covered up, so it stays cleaner, and it also doesn't obstruct the window much. But if there is a better solution out there, I'd be grateful to hear it.
