Hi peoples
Would anyone be able to tell me whether I can build a small decorative garden wall on a deep layer of rough solid concrete. There is no way I would be able to dig this layer up in order to build the wall. (I'm an old but active lady). I have built walls before but only by laying my own foundations. I can't seem to find the answer online.
