Dormer Extension

Hi,

We are going to do a dormer extension in our attic, one side has already been done therefore just a case of doing the other side. There is already a staircase in place.

Just wondering what people would think for this as a rough cost?

I'd love to know this as well. We're similar to OP, attic been converted 10 years ago and we'd like to replace a velux with dormer to create a shower room.

We're in a 2 story Victorian terraced house.
