Decent electric shower?

Hi folks,
Looking for advice on an electric shower. We have a very old one in our second bathroom, which needs replacing. It runs off the mains, not a combi boiler. I'm planning on upgrading to a 10.5kw one, understanding this may need new wiring. The question: does anyone have one? If so, am I likely to get a decent flow of water from it?
Recommended models also appreciated.

We've always installed Mira showers, wide choice and very reliable.

Our plumber recommended the Mira multifit range as they can be installed over the top of most existing showers.

We bought an aqualisa 9.5 kw and its been fantastic. The water flow is much better than a triton we have in another room.
