I am looking to put a small extension on the back of my house. If you can imagine my house is L shaped, with a patio area. The patio never gets any sun at all and is a bit miserable, so we thought we could build a single storey extension to fill in the gap, and actually be able to use the space for something.
I'm not in a position to actually build it yet, (still saving) but I would really like an idea of cost. Would a good builder bother coming to quote without drawings? Do I need drawings at all?
