What colour is this kitchen?

It's in the house we are buying. Is it...greige (a colour I only heard of recently, behind the times)? We're going to replace the shiny, slippery floor pretty quickly with a wooden floor.

It looks like "burford grey" from Howdens. That's my kitchen and we have pale wood floorboards in ours

That's useful to know clarice and it would make sense as done up by a developer so would use how dens. I don't suppose you could post a photo of yours with the pale floorboards as that is what I am thinking of. Thanks.

Karndean is fabulous stuff. We've had it in our kitchen for around nine years now. It's had a huge dog running around on it, and lots of children coming in from the garden in all weathers, plus the inevitable parties when they were teens. It's stood up to all of that and still looks like new.

Hi OP
Our kitchen is this colour (specifically it is "sling yer 'ook" by Valspar). We have a rhinostep vinyl floor for cleaning purposes as DS grows up. It's a whitewashed floorboard effect which sounds totally naff but I (obviously) think it looks quite good and it is so practical!

Looks like Elephant's Breath (F&B)

I have a very similar kitchen, it's a new build and our floor is very pale (fake) wood. It really is a sea of cream! I'm intending to paint the walls a pale sage green because it's all a bit cream for me! Looks very stylish though.

Interesting. I think I will go for a pale/blonde floor but then get a beautiful indigo rug and colourful kitchen chairs to add colour. Will def look into karndean, hadn't heard of it before.

It looks a very similar colour to ours which is Farrow & Ball Cornforth White.

Have look at Polyflor - another luxury vinyl tile. Cheaper than both Amtico and Karndean and basically the same. Polyflor have been making industrial/commercial flooring for years. You've probably seen it in M&S and other shops, on their floors.
