Hi our lovely engineered oak floor has some quite bad scratches and scrapes (thanks kids) has anyone sanded there's? Ours apparently can be sanded 3 times as quite a good top layer. I am struggling to get someone round to quote so if anyone has any idea of per sq/m pricing that would be a great help.
