Sourcing a light fitting from a shop's décor

I'm not sure if I've described the situation quite accurately in the title.

The nearest branch of Monsoon has some beautiful pendant light fittings as part of its current interior design - ie, they are not for sale. The picture is of the same fittings in a different store, which I found online. They are exactly what I'm after for our landing.

I get the impression that stores change this kind of stuff relativity frequently. Can anyone who has worked in retail or done something similar advise how I might get my hands on one? Do I contact customer services at their head office? I imagine they were probably custom made for Monsoon. Do I approach the manager of the local store and ask if s/he is allowed to sell me one when they next change the decor??

I think you should contact their estates/property department first and see if they can tell you who deals with in store lighting and visual merchandising too.
