We are planning to move to Sidcup due to the good schools for my DS. We both are working in Center of London.
We are looking for a house in Lyndon Avenue near to East Rochester Way in Blackfen of Sidcup.

However, we have no idea about that area. Any one can give us any advices?
Is it a good and safe area?
