boiler not working... help

glow worm boiler is flashing f02 and f 03.

no heating or hot water.

is there anything that can be done or does someone need to be called out.

Try googling your specific model and the fault code. It might give an idea.

Some models imply this is some kind of sensor fault which, in my mind, means you would need someone to look at it.

yeah 03 said problem with fan and 02 said problem with motor head

Can you be more precise with the model of boiler?

its not my boiler was a friends im not there. and hard to get basic info. shes called landlord anyway. was just hoping it might be something basic and pressing or turning something. but shes called someone so guess it will be sorted
