How on earth do people buy houses?!
Trying to decide urgently between tiny 2 bed in gorgeous central location, which we rent already & 'needs modernisation', & much more practical 3 bed in nice but unfamiliar small town 20+ mins from all our current networks. Have a dp & toddler & I work from home. Don't want to feel isolated / trapped in Unknown Town but feels stupid to buy a house we're already growing out of. I change my mind back and forth by the minute but crunch time comes tomorrow morning so I can't sleep!
We'd had an offer accepted on the 3 bed weeks ago and have just heard from our landlady that she's interested in selling. Argh.
