Restoring old brass lamp

I have a brass desk lamp from my late dad that I'm trying to get restored. An electrician is going to rewire it for me in the new year but it's missing a part that should cover the hinge at the corner. It needs to screw into the lamp base and cover the wire.

Does anyone know what this part might be called or where I could get a replacement?

Hopefully picture is included (if I've done this right!)

Have a look at lampsandlights.co.uk. I restored and rewired a brass floor lamp recently and I emailed them a picture to ask a question about what part I should buy. They were helpful and service was good.

Brilliant. I saw that website, and wondered about whether I could email them as I couldn't see anything on the website that would be what I am looking for. Thank you

Just heard back from them. They don't have the part I need and have googled for me and can't find anyone else either.

Not giving up just yet : ) If anyone else has any ideas...?
