Painted internal doors and woodwork with dulux pure brilliant white gloss and its still wet 2 weeks later (well tacky to touch more than wet).

What am I doing wrong here?

Did you prime first? A quick google suggests incompatibility between something (undercoat/previous paint)

stop watching it

No i didn't as I was painting over existing oil paint. It didn't occur to me.

Kinda scratching my head what to do now.

I would call a DIY store (normally more knowledgable thank b&q) and ask.

Whenever painting old paint you should always rub it down before. This allows the paint to adhere. If you've just painted over the top and not used the same stuff (or it's really old paint) then it may not 'cure'.

A lot of Google suggests painting a second coat over it. Up to you but maybe test a patch and see if it works.
