I saw one recently where the flat was a total tip and no one - not the seller, not the agent - had made any attempt to clear it up.

I can only assume that the estate agents and vendor have had to put it on the market for some obscure legal reason but actually don't want to sell it.

I just can't believe anyone keen to sell would care so little.

We actually went to see that one and this was the downstairs bathroom.

I saw one a few weeks ago, where the last two photos respectively were of the outside of the estate agent office and the inside!

That terrible real estate photos site has some very funny ones on it. I especially enjoy the many (many, many) photos of inappropriate loo placement.
