Help please with permitted development question

I live in a Victorian mid terrace house. My neighbour has applied for single storey permitted development return infill. This is intrusive as it will cut out most of our light. From the lounge view we will not be able to see all of the bottom of our garden and also from lounge will not be able to see any skyline. Will they be able to do this. Thanks in advance.

Is the first bit ie. Where your fence is that they are replacing with a wall dead straight?

It looks it on your drawing. Does it curve later?

I painted my next door neighbours wall with a really bright white paint (as they were then using the wall as the boundary) and it was much lighter than the previous fence.

It looks as if they are doing a standard side-return extension. Have I missed something? I'm not sure it is going to be as bad as you imagine.

Thanks Laurierfairycake. Yes it curves at the end of the rear wall hence the light issue.
Thanks lalalonglegs am hoping for the best. I find these things hard to visualise wish I had the knack!! 😀
