Hello.

I need your help. I'm so indecisive!

What do you think of this wallpaper? www.janeclayton.co.uk/product/woodsstars/86971

We have a long living room dining room and this would go in section of the wall in the dining room just after the partition bit of the wall (where it's been knocked through). There is slight recess just over a metre wide where this would go.

The walls in the living room are painted Caramel Sand 5 (colour matched from Next's Baked Clay). We wanted something to break up the wall but didn't want anything floral. I really like the colour but nit sire if it is either uber modern or uber traditional!

Also not sure whether to continue the paint into the dining room or go for a different colour. The room runs East to west with a large winow taking up most of one wall and french windows taking up the other wall. White ceiling and white coving. We live in a 70s semi.

Thanks!

I don't like it...and the price, wow!! But if you like it, go for it. Hope the room it's going in is bright enough to carry it.

Not blue, but I do really like this one.

I have it in the white with stars. It was featured on hollyoaks in the early noughties (without stars) so yes, it is old hat, but I still absolutely love it and get comments about it all the time. I'm attaching a pic for you - I deliberated for ages (for reasons mentioned above - eg overexposed) but honestly haven't regretted it.

Thanks folks. Some really great suggestions there. Some i'm bookmarked too. I feel like i've viewed every design of wallpaper Britain has to offer and my head is now spinning. It's good to get some fresh perspective.

I thought I found a solution when I found this then I looked at the price!

Completely by the by, the Ningnang's use of "swithering" is lovely. I haven't heard it in a long time.

swithering Smile what a lovely word !

PrimalLass · 11/11/2015 11:36

Swithering is a great word. I use it all the time (Scottish).

I love this bird blossom wallpaper in blue from Sanderson - I am a bird fan and I find the blue colour relaxing as does my husband luckilywww.housetohome.co.uk/product-idea/picture/living-room-wallpapers-10-of-the-best/8

I love timorousbeasties. Their stuff is so beautiful and so, so witty. I especially like their urban toiles - so clever! But they are just way out of my price bracket.
