Hoping for some advice as this is a completely new subject for me.
Neighbours have given us notice that they are going to do a loft conversion and have served (?) With a party wall agreement to sign.
What do I need to do next? Should I just agree and sign? Or do I need to get a surveyor in?
I want to make it easy and straightforward - partly because we've only just moved here and hope to be here a long time so don't want to fall out - but also because we're likely to want to do a similar conversion at some point.
All advice welcome!
